Brock Center History

Frank and Rodge share a long-standing friendship built on shared values. Prior to founding the 10 Project, the two had spent decades dreaming about how to pass on this value system. Brock and Piersant see themselves as torchbearers in Chattanooga’s long tradition of civic-minded leadership. Both were executives in the Chattanooga area for 40 years, and both adopted service-minded values early in their careers.  Their passion for community and people continues to inspire the leaders impacted through the various programs offered by the Brock Center.
